Summary: <p>We talk about many things such as:</p> <p><br></p> <p>How the art of a great leader is not about having control over the people they are leading but instead having a presence around them no matter where they are and no matter where the leader is. It is a form of being responsible for your own actions and owning the decisions you make even though the leader isnt present but knowing that you may have to answer to them at any point and that the disappointment of them that you didn’t do as they asked is powerful that you often won’t want to put yourself into a situation where you will have to answer for your actions later.</p> <p><br></p> <p>How the art of listening is so powerful that just by being someone’s ear and having them speak without answering, responding or judging is the feeling of being heard that they are looking for. When you go over something in your head, your neurones fire up creating more electricity in your brain and there is no release. Whereas speaking aloud your thoughts releases the energy stored in your brain outwards where you can now recharge and go to a higher level of consciousness and evolve to the next stage of your life because that energy inside you has been released.</p> <p><br></p> <p>When people speak about you behind their back is because they don’t understand you and not because they are mean people. Often the weak person is the most nice as they want to fit in and don’t want to be seen as mean so they just get walked over. Because of this, they will follow to fit in and join conversations about other people in negative manors and without realising will attract this same type of negative perspective of them back round and won’t understand why this is happening when they consider themselves a nice person. This is because what you put out, comes back.
