Summary: In this weeks episode of Let's Talk Fast, I talk to Deano Gladstone, who is well known for his work as a lifeguard on Bondi Rescue, but is also a Personal Trainer, Wim Hof instructor, Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Coach and a Bondi Lifeguard. As an asthmatic child, he managed it through his swim training at first and incorporated nutrition, breathing and movement, particularly yoga and he believes firmly that by improving diet, hydration, mindset and goal setting, mobility and movement and of course breath, many challenges can be overcome. For the past 4 years, Deano has been facilitating Power of the Breath workshops and courses and has helped thousands of students gain a better understanding of the health benefits associated with breath work and has helped them with a range of challenges including Anxiety, Respiratory conditions, Sleep disorders, Snoring and Fatigue.
