Summary: <p>Mike embarrasses him self with an impersonation of Adam Sandler. The guys give a little background into how they pick their episodes and encourage anyone to join their mental health support group if they'd like to help pick new episodes. </p> <p>Ryan and Mike go deep into the motivations behind Barry Egan's anger and social anxiety issues, which they believe have a lot to do with his upbringing, and especially the treatment he receives from his 7 sisters. Ryan gives us some examples of ways to deal with social anxiety including exposure therapy.</p> <p><strong>Synopsis: </strong>Today we are covering the 2002 film, Punch Drunk. Starring Adam Sandler as Barry Egan, Emily Watson as Lena Leonard, and Phillip seymour Hoffman as Dean Trumbell or Mattress Man. </p> <p> Although susceptible to violent outbursts, bathroom supply business owner Barry Egan (Adam Sandler) is a timid and shy man by disposition, leading a lonely, uneventful life -- partly due to the constant berating he suffers from his seven sisters. However, several events transpire that shake up Egan's mundane existence, one of which is falling in love with one sister's co-worker, Lena Leonard (Emily Watson).
