Summary: ECHONooga Rewind: A “dual-rotor” presentation on the pro’s and con’s of tactical emergency medicine in the hot zone at an active shooter or MCI event. We will look at lessons learned and emerging theories from recent international terror events and present the complex and diverse arguments for and against critical care in the hot zone.
