Summary: <p>Another episode with Chris so soon? Well, apart from the fact that we could probably make an infinity of podcasts together because our conversations are so good, Chris and I had a more specific reason for talking in this episode. Colon cleansing. The two of us have purchased kits from www.secretenergy.com and are going to be doing the process together, to help keep each other on track during the messy parts. We don't live in the same area so we will be checking in with podcasts and will release at least one or two more as we go through this experience.
