She is an avid food and nutrition educator; you can find her teaching classes in her community creating workshops for women, and constantly debating the depths of nutrition information and food policy. She just released her new book; Happy Weight; Unlocking Body Confidence Through Bioindividual Nutrition and Mindfulness; which we’re going to talk about today. Daniele lives in Vancouver, Washington, on her homestead; which is one of my dreams, with her husband and their growing their own organic food, and they spend all their free time outdoors with friends and family.
