Following law school, Rachel worked at the Association of American Law Schools in Washington DC helping with their diversity and inclusion initiatives. She recognized the need for legal work in low-income communities, especially with students.<br> Along with her full-time job at the Law and Leadership Institute, Rachel began attending barre classes, then she started teaching barre classes, and eventually, she created her own barre method.<br> Rachel comes from a family of athletes so physical fitness is a huge part of her life.
