Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer As CMO, Steve Morton provides guidance on LANDESK’s strategic marketing and branding initiatives, including the continued integration of LANDESK business units Wavelink and Shavlik. Prior to LANDESK, Morton served as CMO of RES Software and also served as the vice president of product marketing for Symantec’s enterprise product portfolio. In his role at Symantec he was involved in global outbound marketing, including messaging, marketing campaigns, and industry analyst relations. Prior to taking on the global product marketing role, Morton was vice president of product management for Symantec’s endpoint management business, which included the Altiris product portfolio. He has also served in various product, marketing, and services roles at other IT companies, including Peregrine Systems and Folio Corporation. Morton holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Colorado.
