This means waiting actual hours or days (or months) to acquire certain skills. You can actually lose skillpoints on death. The new system allows the selling and buying of skillpoints between characters. This effectively equates to selling ‘levels’ in an ‘ordinary’ MMO. So in WoW, if you are level 80, you buy twenty extra levels from a character that loses those levels. System has diminishing returns, so it’s highly inefficient for older characters to top up their skills buy buying skillpoints, but for a younger character it could be beneficial It’s always more efficient to train yourself and buying is no substitute for actually setting skill queues Community reacts as expected: “What?
