A Simon Fraser University Alumni, Adam is a four time All American in track and field and also competed on the varsity Football team. Adam’s studies included Kinesiology, Nutrition and Exercise Science. After completing his degree, he obtained a CSCS(Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and competed internationally for Canada as a member of the Bobsleigh team.
