Summary: Remote Controlled On Air Sign I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner. However, it recently occurred to me that I could use one of those <a href="http://gspn.tv/wemo" target="_blank">WeMo switches by Belkin</a> to operate a plugged in <a href="http://gspn.tv/onairsign" target="_blank">On Air Light/Sign</a> that I could place just outside my studio. In fact, I may place a second remote controlled light on the main level of the house so that the rest of the family will know, upstairs, when I am actually recording something. I haven't chosen which Recording / On Air light that I am going to go with. However, I am looking for something that will look really nice. For those who prefer to go super low budget, I found this <a href="http://youtu.be/8-QyNVRLLKk" target="_blank">DIY On Air Light tutorial</a> that shows you how you could make an On Air Light for less than $20.
