Today our discussion revolves around the future of TSP Silver Medallions and we have some very exciting news about that. As I said last week there would be news coming out about Mulligan Mint that some parties would spin as extremely negative. Said news is that Mulligan has filed Chapter 11 reorganizational bankruptcy protection. This doesn’t mean they are out of business, this means they have set up protections under Federal Court so that they can continue operations and put a halt on some very unreasonable legal actions. This move actually will allow for additional capital into the business along with some other advantages Rob will tell you about today. The key take aways are… Mulligan Mint is still “in business” and is still filling orders You can order with a credit card and get the consumer protections that go with that if you want to Mulligan Mint is currently shipping orders right now, every customer is being taken care of Mulligan is now in a much stronger position then they have been in for some time There will be counter claim actions soon, when you hear why it will shock you Rob has stood though this battle and hasn’t quit fighting and is ready for what comes next I will continue to fight this battle with my friend and hope many of you will as well Special Notice - I do want to make one point public here that I didn’t make on the air.
