My website is the quickest way to get to know me well, and in a nutshell I'll tell you this: I'm a mother of four adult children. I'm married to Forrist, who has one daughter. I have several educational degrees, (alphabet soup) all in the areas of psychology, social work and hypnosis. Now I work in the area of Spirituality and Energy Medicine. My vision for this pod cast is to bring to you insights, questions and pondering of new ways of thinking, ways to use your intuition and your psychic abilities that you may have never even considered before. I want to show you just how easy it is to remember your connection to your heart and to your soul. My deepest desire is to remind you that you are never, ever alone. I want you to feel, see, hear even know other energies are with you, other parts of you are near you, that you are truly a piece of God/Goddess still connected through the veil. This is your chance to ask those nagging questions that are too big to think about for very long by yourself without shivering. I don't have THE answers, yet, I have been through the shivers, and I have survived with some pretty great ideas on how things might go together.
