Summary: I was a Boy Scout. I wasn’t a particularly avid one. I just wanted to hang out with other guys and enjoy the time. Nevertheless, I learned valuable lessons about friendship, loyalty, commitment, and many other important character traits during my years as a Scout. That is why I am so saddened by the recent decision by the leadership of the Boy Scouts of America to include openly homosexual boys in their ranks. I don’t have anything against these boys.
