Summary: This performance took place on June 21, 2006 at the South Roanoke Nursing Center in Roanoke, VA between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. Our band consisted of guest James Christian (vocals and guitar), Gene Guilliams (vocals), Rita Parady (vocals and autoharp) and Carol Lewis (vocals and 5-string banjo - Scrugg's style), Dick Parady (5-string banjo - clawhammer style) and Jack Lewis (2-string washtub bass). Gene's wife recuperated at this center early this year after undergoing surgery for a hip replacement. The entire performance was recorded in stereo using a feed from our sound system.
