Lessons and writings on the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais with Lynette Reid

Learn to use more of yourself in action – more creatively, intelligently, and adaptively – and old pains and limitations will begin to fade away. New accomplishments become possible. Less of your energy goes to coping with restrictions and more of it is free for living.

The Feldenkrais Method is the invention of Israeli physicist, engineer, and judo master Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-84) and is taught the world over by thousands of trained practitioners.

This website contains an archive of writings, and on-line recorded Feldenkrais lessons by Lynette Reid. If you want suggestions for how to get started with Feldenkrais on-line, visit this page: Getting started.

At the time of all these recordings, I was a “Guild-Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner”—which indicates that I had completed an 800-hour training program that was certified by the one of a number of affiliated Training Accreditation Boards, and that I maintained by certification by paying an annual fee to the Feldenkrais Guild of North America, and was practicing a certain number of hours every year. I no longer maintain this certification, as of 2015, as I am no longer practicing. Please enjoy this archive of free recorded lessons.
