Becoming our own torchbearers with Ritu David, Founder of The Data Duck | Ep 26

Ritu David is one of the most human and down-to-earth founders I have met. In this podcast, she shares so many great stories, about her time in Kenya, the time she spends in design decisions for creating apps like Calm and of her several adventures and accomplishments which range from getting to keep a traffic green light on for longer to going to Afghanistan as Australia's representative for the National Security.
We discuss the challenges of being a founder but being the highly self-aware person she is, she shares what could be done better for handling discrimination, the way ideas can be shared democratically within a company or getting the right hires for the company. A true inspiration for our community, she brings to the podcast the essence of becoming the torchbearers for the next generation.

Tune in to listen about her life which was nothing short of a Hollywood Intelligence movie, her favourite interview questions, and all about her loving and supportive family. Wishing her all the success and happiness in this world!

Creating new norms against the odds with Anushree and Ananya | Nuutjob | Ep 23

Anushree and Ananya went on to find solutions for a problem that was hardly ever discussed about - Male Hygiene and Care. We have all been disgusted but silent at the scratching of balls in public and endless other weird ways to deal with this. These sisters openly discussed the issue with their own father and family members. They didn't stop there, but went on to find a better way to solve this issue. The lack of such products in the market also meant they were the first ones who had to not only market their products but also educate people and they found a fun way - with Humor! Listen to the entire episode where these young girls share their journey of discovery and all the way upto their Shark Tank India episode where they bagged 25 Lakhs. Here's to hoping male intimate hygiene products from Nuutjob become as common as other household products we all can't live without.
