THE MISSING writer-director Carl Joseph Papa and actor Gio Gahol join us to discuss their animated feature film THE MISSING. The film stars Carlo Aquino (Eric), Gio Gahol (Carlo), and Dolly de Leon (Rosalinda). THE MISSING (ITI MAPUKPUKAW) is the Philippines' official submission for Best International Feature Film at the 96th Academy Awards. The film is also the first animated feature film to represent the country to the Oscars. The film premiered at the 2023 Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival where it won: Best Picture, Best Supporting Actress (de Leon), and the NETPAC Award.
