The Los Angeles Angels fell to the San Diego Padres on Wednesday, as the Friars complete the sweep of the Halos. The Los Angeles Angels helped the struggling San Diego Padres get right on Monday night, failing to deliver with runners in scoring position despite numerous hits and walks. The Los Angeles Angels provided their fans with a roller coaster of a weekend, only managing one win out of three games against the Colorado Rockies, but set franchise records with their lone win on Saturday. The Los Angeles Angels dropped both games of the Freeway Series to the Dodgers this week despite an incredible start from Shohei Ohtani and the Dodgers using their 29th-ranked bullpen. The Los Angeles Angels lost a pitcher's duel to the Dodgers on Tuesday night, after Reid Detmers went pitch for pitch with Clayton Kershaw. Detmers took a massive step forward, while the Angels failed to deliver with runners in scoring position.
