Hope for Women Grieving Miscarriage or Stillbirth (Podcast 464) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 46:04

Grieving the loss of your baby to stillbirth or miscarriage can be lonely and agonizing. As most of you know, our family has experienced both: I’ve had 5 miscarriages, 2 of our daughters and one daughter-in-law have had miscarriages and our first grandson was stillborn, so we are no strangers to the overwhelming sorrow, loneliness, and fears that come with this kind of loss. The Story of Isaac (3 episodes) Song: Sometimes He Calms the Storm performed by Scott Krippayne     Lyrics: All who sail the sea of faith Find out before too long How quickly blue skies can grow dark And gentle winds grow strong Suddenly fear is like white water Pounding on the soul Still we sail on knowing That our Lord is in control Sometimes He calms the storm With a whispered peace be still He can settle any sea But it doesn't mean He will Sometimes He holds us close And lets the wind and waves go wild Sometimes He calms the storm And other times He calms His child He has a reason for each trial That we pass through in life And though we're shaken We cannot be pulled apart from Christ No matter how the driving rain beats down On those who hold to faith A heart of trust will always Be a quiet peaceful place (Please check out my latest book, The Four Hour School Day: How You and Your Kids Can Thrive in the Homeschool Life on Amazon, durendawilson.com, or your favorite bookseller!)
