Episode 96 is a solo episode dedicated to sharing a few of our "family rules" as mentioned on Instagram last week. Getting used to operating as a family of 3 (under this roof) has meant we've had to find a rhythm that works for us all. It's not been easy but we are doing well and we have figured out a few "rules" that keep us working well together. I use the term "rules' loosely because it is far more about ownership and contribution to the greater good of our unit and not as much about hard rules. I would love to hear from you over on Instagram- do you have any family rules? This episode is bought to you by FRANK BODY! I am obsessed with their original and coconut coffee scrubs. These scrubs are game changing for the look and feel of the skin you are in! I have a discount code to share with you to receive 15% off when you place an order over $35. Use the code; KYLIE15 to save and enjoy getting dirty with my man Frank. www.frankbody.com

I am sure her words will impact many of you listening to take an action, dream big and push forward. Beau Hudson have a range of on trend clothing for the whole family. Episode 85 is a conversation with Dr. Wednesday Martin and it was hard for me to not go full “fan girl” on her. I really loved speaking with Dr Wednesday about all things to do with female sexuality, desire, domesticity, myths and why so much of what we have been taught needs to be let go of. Dr Wednedsay is a feminist cultural critic and NYTbestselling author of seven books. She believes science and social science are for everyone and she has long blended them with storytelling to give readers "Aha!" moments about themselves, their desires, their behaviour, their thoughts and feelings. Dr Wednedsays book ‘UNTRUE’ explores why nearly everything we believe about women, lust, and infidelity is wrong and how the new science can set us free. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, The Telegraph, The Times, The Atlantic, and more and she frequently appears on national TV and radio to discuss motherhood, parenting, sexuality, and popular culture. Dr Wednesday also has an amazing podcast which she co-hosts with Whitney Miller called “True Sex and Wild Love”. I hope this episode provides some level of assistance, assurance or connection for another woman out there. Xx
