Relationships are our mirrors and can be our best teachers. Byron Katie says, “Defense is the first act of war." What happens when we attack the people who attack us? We become one in anger, fighting fire with fire simply makes a bigger fire. I don’t learn anything when I’m defensive. It’s a conversation-stopper. Peace is a choice. Peace begins with you. It doesn't take two people to end war; it takes only one.
EP 21: My Birth Story of Hunter Malia Thank you for tuning into hearing my very personal story of giving birth to our daughter Hunter. We are much stronger than we think. Through my pregnancy and birth story, I learned lessons about strength, surrender and love. Every birth story is unique and should be shared and celebrated. This is my serendipitous and magical story of death and birth.
When you try to be someone else, you show up a lesser version of that person, because that person is already taken. You have talents and gifts and unique qualities that no one else has. It’s a scientific fact. You have a specific and unique DNA that no one else has. Emulating is a form of flattery and we can be inspired by other people, but you have gifts to share sweet friend. It’s time to stop playing small and be completely you.

EP 18: You're in Control You’re in control over your thoughts, feelings and actions. You don’t have to be a victim of your circumstances, you don’t have to blame others for your situation. You may not like where you’re at today, or whom you’re with, or how you feel, but you have the power to change. You are a powerful being. When you feel out of control or lost, go back to this mantra this week: I am in control of my thoughts, feelings and actions. I move with intention in the direction I ch
Your itty bitty shitty committee loves to criticize, judge and blame you as well as others. Your ego always wants more. There is never enough. You don’t have enough. You are not good enough. This scarcity mindset is not you. You know you are not in alignment with your True Self, whenever you feel inferior or superior to someone or something. During this episode Audrey shows you how to let go of the inner critic and return home to your soul.
EP 16: Keeping Score Ruins Relationships Today’s mantra is to Give without expectations. When you can release those rules of how others should be and let people be who they are, this is actually love. Without conditions. Without rules. It’s hard to do. At the end of the day, isn’t this really what we want? To be loved unconditionally. To be heard and seen, in our totality, without judgment and expectations. To be understood. This is true love.

EP 008 – Mantra Monday: Live Today As If It Were Your Last My dad was my best friend, biggest supporter and ever the optimist. He always said, “Have No Regrets. Go live your life to the fullest.” So, in his words, he would say now “Never let a crisis go to waste.” Today’s Mantra Monday is: Act as if today were your last day on earth. Do not waste today. Don’t hoard your love. Express freely and kindly your gratitude and love for others and yourself.
