 1.12 - Metaphysical Dumps (Chris Abert) pt. 2 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:12:10

As always, it was a great time talking with Chris. For his third appearance on InnerVerse, we go into the methods, process, and results of our colon cleanse experience. There was a very diverse range of reactions and although we both wound up feeling stronger and more connected to source after the cleanse, our experiences during the process were interestingly different. From reactions in the external through people and situations to a full fledged out of body experience, we probably cover most of the things you might encounter during a full on liquid only fast and internal cleanse.I plan on getting a page up on that will direct listeners to where they can find this kit and other similar resources, so watch out for that. If you have any personal questions about the experience or the process, get in touch with me through whatever channel you prefer. If you want to go check out the site we got the kit and info from, it's www.secretenergy.comMusic for the episode:Saib - SmoothKodak to Graph - IAMANTHEMPsychedeletribe - Nasty (ft. Big K.R.I.T.)  1.10 - Metaphysical Dumps (Chris Abert) pt. 1 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:21:31

Another episode with Chris so soon? Well, apart from the fact that we could probably make an infinity of podcasts together because our conversations are so good, Chris and I had a more specific reason for talking in this episode. Colon cleansing. The two of us have purchased kits from and are going to be doing the process together, to help keep each other on track during the messy parts. We don't live in the same area so we will be checking in with podcasts and will release at least one or two more as we go through this experience. It might not sound appealing (although I mostly think it does), but it's a process that will hopefully be worth our time and the money we both spent.Intro music:Plunkie & Volkstroker - DeafeningFerry Corsten - Everything is Beautiful (Seven Lions Remix) See for privacy and opt-out information.

1.7 - What is the Matrix (Chris Abert) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2:19:28

What is the Matrix? No, we aren't going to ramble on about simulation theory or that the universe is a computer program. This is a far-ranging conversation where we go deep into the technical aspects of trying to lead a spiritual life. We examine a lot of mental traps that people (ourselves included) get our energy sapped by, and solutions to those pitfalls are pitched. Oh, and Chris got hit by lightning at a music festival, you'll want to hear that story for sure. You can find Chris' farming company here: used in the episode: you enjoy this type of discussion, both Chris and I have found the Astral Quest podcast to be a massively helpful source of information, as well as it's affiliated website See for privacy and opt-out information.
