Raghu Konka is the Vice President of Engineering at iPass Inc. an industry pioneer in global Wi-Fi and Intelligent mobile connectivity platform. Since joining iPass Engineering in 2001, he developed & architected various service components and led different teams. He is now responsible for all aspects of iPass SmartConnect SaaS platform that comprise of iPass SmartClients & SDK, Big Data & Veri-Fi Analytics, Authentication Fabric, Billing & Reporting systems and Location services.

Rob Reesor is Senior Vice President of Product Development at Planview, Inc., where he is currently responsible for all development and testing of three of Planview’s Work and Resource Management applications.

Dmitry Fonarev has more than 20 years of experience in Enterprise, Application, SaaS and embedded software development, as well as extensive experience with managing multiple on and offshore teams across various product development functions. He is currently SVP of Product Dev at SmartBear Software, formerly the VP of Engineering at Dell Software Group, which he joined through their vKernel acquisition

Arun Samuga is the Vice President of Platform Engineering at Elemica, a digital supply chain company. Over the last 23 years, he has delivered software solutions for the aviation, retail, finance, utility and process industry verticals in various countries namely India, UAE, Japan, the UK and the USA.

John Bullard is the Vice President of Engineering at Distil Networks. Based in San Francisco, he leads the edge platform and data engineering team. Before joining Distil John confounded two tech startups, both of which are still active. Prior to entering the startup world John was a member of the Office 365 launch team at Microsoft where he focused on cloud security and scalability.

Chris McCooey is VP of Engineering for B2C at Purch. He oversees engineering teams delivering web and mobile experiences to Purch’s brands. Purch helps people buy better. Chris’ mission is to build technology that honors the intent of Purch’s users. With over 20 years leading software teams, Chris is passionate about developing engineers, nurturing innovators and creating experiences that delight users. Previously, Chris worked at Cnet and CBS Interactive running search, API and platform teams.

Robert Stewart is the CTO and Chief Architect at Castlight Health and has been with Castlight since 2011. He led the engineering teams that built Castlight Action, a fully-automated platform for benefits professionals to leverage data and machine learning algorithms to connect employees to the right benefits and programs. Robert previously held senior development and management positions at Voxify, Avaya, and Lucent Bell Labs, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Philosophy from Rice University.

Don Thompson is VP of Software Development at Nextech Systems, a leading specialty specific Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records software company. He has worked his entire career at Nextech, starting at a coop position 18 years ago as the company grew from 10 employees to its current size of over 250. Don received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton in Computer Science. Don currently lives in Tampa, FL.

Ben Adida is VP Engineering at Clever, the leading K-12 education platform. His passion is using technology to empower individuals and level the playing field. Ben has extensive experience in identity, payments, voting technology, health IT, security & privacy, and Web architecture. He has developed free software for 20 years and Web software for close to 25 years.

Nidhi Gupta is Senior Vice President of Technology at Hired, a marketplace that matches tech talent with the world’s most innovative companies. Nidhi leads the company’s global engineering, developer operations and product teams. Nidhi is a skilled engineer and product executive who is passionate about building and growing thriving product and engineering organizations that deliver world-class products at scale.

Andy is responsible for leading the technology development and innovation efforts for Healthline. Andy bring over 20 years of experience with technical operations, software engineering, and product development for companies across a variety of industries. Prior to joining the Healthline, Andy led engineering for several divisions/acquisitions for the Monster.com team. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a B.S. in Math from UNC - Chapel Hill.

Christian McCarrick is the VP of Engineering for Auth0 where he manages a globally distributed team. He is dedicated to improving the craft of software engineering leadership. He volunteers his time to mentor through the Everwise and Plato networks and teaches engineering workshops for new engineering managers. He also hosts a popular podcast called SimpleLeadership where he interviews top technology leaders in order to help other managers grow and be successful.

Leonid Movsesyan is Vice President of Engineering at Cadre. Before joining Cadre, he was a Senior Engineering Manager at Dropbox where he led teams responsible for reliability, efficiency and performance of their services. Leonid has also worked at Yelp as a Senior Reliability Engineer, and at Yandex as Co-Head of Infrastructure, managing teams responsible for common infrastructure components and tools. He received his Master’s in Computer Science from Moscow State Industrial University.

Kevin Skibbe is the VP of Engineering at BetterCloud where he is responsible for the day to day duties of the Development, Test Engineering, and Architecture teams. Kevin's passion is to continually bridge the gap between technology, business, customer, and partner teams. Before joining BetterCloud, Kevin held several positions as a software engineer and engineering leader. Kevin is a native Georgian and holds both an MS and BS in Computer Science from Columbus State University.
