The Marriage Movement with Blair and Ryan Critch | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 31:52

My guests, Blair and Ryan, on the podcast today are creating a marriage movement. They are passionate about the idea that we are #bettertogether and leading and mentoring others who want to improve their marriages. In today's episode, they share their story of how their marriage movement was born and their future plans for their online community. They tell us the number one problem plaguing many of the marriages they see and give us three tips for improving our marriages on the spot. They started their #21 day challenge in their Facebook group on August 1st, and I encourage everyone to join in. You've only missed a few days, but you can double up for a week or tack a few days to the end. I'm having lots of fun with it. You can hear more from this power couple in the Epic Marriage Summit, so stay tuned for more awesome details about that. You can find them on Facebook here. They are on Instagram as @marriagemovement and at: www.21day.marriagemovement.com. This was the first interview of many to come in our On the Brighter Side Marriage Series.  Getting the Most Important Things Done Each Day with Chanelle Neilson | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 33:38

My guest on the podcast this week, Chanelle Neilson, is a podcaster herself, author of several books, yoga instructor and mother of 5 children. She has the same 24 hours that the rest of us do, but she uses them so efficiently, you would think she has more. That is why I loved sitting down with her and picking her brain about how she gets it all done. Listen in as she shares how mindset and simplicity help her get everything accomplished. She also wakes up at 5:30 every morning and has a detailed morning routine. Self care is incredibly important to Chanelle and her morning routine is a non-negotiable. She shares a great analogy, using sand, pebbles and rocks about fitting in the important things first. You can learn more about Chanelle by listening to her podcast, called Moms Who Know or following her on Instagram @momswhoknowpodcast. She has a book called, Parenting with Purpose and a children's book series called, Mckay and Coco. You can find her books on Amazon.
