This week I talk about having the right attitude about exercise. Some of us exercise to to punish ourselves or think we can hate ourselves thin, but this is not true. Let's change our thoughts so we exercise because we love our bodies and want them to function properly for a long time and it is good for our mental and emotional health. Let's find a compelling reason for physical activity and then find a fun way to stay in shape and get some exercise.

Today I'm talking about the greatest lesson it took me almost 40 years to learn. The importance of loving and accepting ourselves, regardless of what other's think about us. Powerful phrases like... what others think about us is none of our business and you don't have to like me, that's my job.

Today's episode is about operating from a fixed vs. a growth mindset and how changing our thinking can change our behavior and ultimately our results. I've offered some definitions, history and practical applications of some growth mindset phrases.
