As an Executive Recruiter, there are three questions that I like to ask Business Owners and Managers in order to sell the opportunity to perspective candidates.
Have you evaluated how your day is going at the office? Business and Career is one major part of life. Let’s break it down even further and discover where you can improve in this area.
Do you have passions for things or activities outside of the office? How about inside the office? Here are some thoughts and ideas on getting that flame burning again.
Have you read United's Mission Statement? Alexander breaks it down and talks about the values that come from a company's mission statement.
What can you do to eliminate the negativity in your life? Alexander talks about a recent negative event and a past negative work situation. He offers a couple of suggestions to turn it around....and grow.
If people are stuck at work, Coaching is a great way to get unstuck. There are some companies that hire full time Coaches for their staff.
