I CAN'T STAND THEM CHURCH NEGROES! Who said we don't speak what's on our mind on The LanceScurv Show? While we try our darnedest not to insult anyone at all, there are just those rare times that we KNOW that we are going to step on a person's toes! But as mannerable as The LanceScurv crew is, we do understand how to utilize proper etiquette to apologize if a toe happens to actually be smashed! That being said, while this is a regular installment of our LanceScurv Off The Chain Late Night After Party, we wanted to steer the usually free flowing subject matter to touch on an issue that has of late began to surface in many of our recent shows - and what is THAT you might ask? It's the subject of Church Negroes! Now mind you, the word "Negroes" in this particular show topic title is a watered down milder version of the harsher N-word that just may be utilized by our choice callers on this night when things get spirited, but it's really because of those self proclaimed men and women of God who use the entire covering of religion to get away with the dirt that they look down on in others. It's as simple as that! CHURCH NEGROES! Now a word to those who may not completely understand the lingo as it is spoken within the Black community. The word Negroes is still used in some backward circles to describe those of us who are Black. It is usually used by those who are just simply outdated and not aware that the word is obsolete as much as a VHS player! Now you know how that goes, you DO still have some 80 year old's who still keep their VHS players in use even though the rest of the world has moved on and gone with the new digital technology. A simple explanation? Negro = VHS Videotape / Black = Digital Technology

Don't act shocked at the title of this show, you know what's up. This is more common than you think! Better yet, I'll go even further than that, I'll go out on a limb and say not only that it's more common than you think, I'm going to say that you already heard, know or were even involved with a Pastor who "somehow" found himself between your juicy thighs to get that tasty moist prize that most men feel is the closest thing to Heaven on earth that a guy can experience without dying. Yes indeed baby! I'm coming out swinging on this one because it is our collective silence that enables these preachers to do what they do because we traditionally turn our heads and refuse to speak on it while whispering the dirty secret's of the sanctuary on our way to our vehicles in the church parking lot! So in actuality is it the pastor who is twisted or is it us who are just as sick to know what we know and continue to play pretend in the ritual of denial that never seems to end. But whose fault is it? Let's be real. Here we have a charismatic Pastor who seems to have the answers to all of life's woes who is at the peak of his maleness. In the Black community today with absentee fathers as the norm and down low brothers more so as a dangerous dating pothole that must be avoided to not bust up the vehicle that is your heart, the perception is that there may not be as many options for getting a man of their OWN left in the minds of most women in the church who regardless as to their professed committed life to the Lord.

The LanceScurv Show All Night Off The Chain After Party # 20

This is an issue that is definitely a touchy one but definitely needs to be dealt with! Do the majority of Black people hate their ethnicity? Tonight we are going to deal with this issue head on as it appears by the way many Blacks try so hard to be something that they are not seems to be the norm in this modern day and time. We are first going to attempt to clean up the confusion that many have on the issue of nationality, ethnicity, culture and what the differences are between them. This blurred lines that many have on these very separate and completely different categories have made for lots of confused individuals who have forwarded their issues onto their children who continue the madness. While many will be very uncomfortable as the covers are pulled off of the ignorance that they so desperately cling to, this is definitely a healthy discussion to have and will surely benefit many in the long run because it appears that some Blacks are comfortable with running away and avoiding any sense of pride that they should have in the manner in which they were made by God which in essence is the ultimate insult! Tune in and let's have a discussion that will leave us in a better place with our identities and self esteem.

Either way tonight history will be made, there will be questions that only time can answer but hopefully before this program is over at midnight, we will have a winner and can move on with the business of not only running the country, but living our lives. Sure, no matter who your choice is, the adrenalin is running high on both sides, therefore, it would be highly enjoyable to ring in the next four years together and share our thoughts even if we sometimes get a little heated. Many who have migrated to the shores of the United States of America have shared these same thoughts when striving to improve the quality of their life through hard work. While many who were born and raised in America will never know how much of a fight it can be sometimes to even make it through the grueling immigration process to finally get here, the general feeling is that most do not understand how many opportunities are here and take for granted the things here that are so freely given away. So when you have a naturilized individual who arrives here to America with all of the enthusiasm to achieve a new life with absolutely no limits, you also may have an individual who appears to them to not have enough fire in their belly and is content to sit back and take the easy route for the most part. The worst of which will settle for doing nothing with their lives as they settle for what they can get from a small welfare check. So now with the difference in mentalities diometrically opposed to one another, the friction between them will erupt on jobs, churches and many places where there is a regular contact which will place a wedge between them as the American born person will feel that this foreigner is trying to make all of the money and take all of the jobs while that so called "foreigner" will think the least of them for not taking their lives into their own hands as they complain their day away. So I've said ALL of this to ask you one thing, how much credibility or validity does the show topic's title have? Is there any truth to it? Should we be asking it in the first place? Is focusing on it really a distraction to divide us ultimately? Tune in no matter WHO you are and let us bring these perceptions to a head and deal with the raw truth!
