It's the people who's lives I touched and changed for the better. The human connections I've made. The hungry mouths I've fed. The ...(fill in the dash) Ask yourself - What was MY Dash? •From beginning to end, what did it all mean? •Who/what did I impact? •What was/is the purpose of any of it? •I spent (or will spend) 10, 30, 50 years doing it... •So what is/was it all for? What does it mean and too whom? Come join us in discovering the power in each of our purposes. The responsibility we have as business owners and entrepreneurs to making a difference and let's get injecting some real meaning into your dash.

By quieting their minds, my readers experience stillness and are able to tune in to themselves and their life purpose. I teach them how to release things they no longer need and work with energy to create what they do want.

The Dash welcome Robert Kennedy 3rd | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:18:00

I’m an educator/trainer/coach at heart.  I started a career out of college in the field of human services and worked there for 6 years.  I learned a lot and even moved up to the position of Director in my last human services company but eventually learned that I was not ready for a long term career in that field.  So, I moved in the field of teaching (strange story: my parents saw a video that I had done in my senior of college and felt that I would make a great teacher but they didn’t tell me this until about 8 years later.  They felt that if they had told me, I would have just done the opposite anyway.  Was I THAT rebellious?).  I taught middle school English for about 5 months and then got a full time position as a high school science teacher.  I did that for 7 years.  I was nominated for the Who’s Who Among American Teachers by some students but I’m pretty sure that award was received by most of the teachers in the school since you have to PAY to be included.  Maybe I should have paid. While I was teaching, I started a web promotions company, Kay3Music.com, and a web design company, Kay 3 D-Zynes.  I was great at interviewing and getting into places.  I stunk at marketing so ultimately, the promotions company didn’t make much money.  I was great at learning new code and new designs but was just really learning about managing projects and people.  Oh, by the way, I stunk at marketing too, so while we had some great clients, the web design firm didn’t earn enough to continue growth. I was an online college faculty for two years but eventually got into instructional design and elearning development.  I started RKCS Learning Solutions in 2009.  I’m still not great at marketing but I’m learning that I don’t have to do it myself.  There are actually people that get paid for this.

The Dash gives a HUGE welcome to Danny Seraphine | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:58:00

Pioneering jazz-rock drummer and composer Danny Seraphine is a founding member of Chicago. Worldwide the iconic group has sold over 122 million albums, and, just domestically, earned 22 gold, 18 platinum, and 8 multi-platinum albums. In 1990, after 23 years in the group, Seraphine and Chicago had a jarring parting of ways, and he left music behind for 15 years. But a call to play a benefit show for a fellow drummer pulled him out of seclusion and sparked a creative rebirth.   Today, Seraphine looks forward with Sacred Ground (Street Sense), the sophomore record from his jazz-rock powerhouse group CTA—often described as “Chicago on steroids”—and he makes peace with his past with the refreshingly candid memoir Street Player: My Chicago Story (Wiley).   Seraphine is critically acclaimed as an instrumentalist and a composer. Rolling Stone Magazine recently ranked him as one of the top 100 drummers of all time. When he was coming up on the music scene, legendary jazz drummer Buddy Rich called Seraphine his favorite young drummer. Recently he was awarded Cape Breton Drum Festival’s prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, an honor he also received from the Montreal Drum Festival. He’s an endorsee of esteemed drum companies such as DW drums, Remo drumheads, Zildjian cymbals and drumsticks. He also has released a well-regarded instruction DVD titled The Art of Jazz Rock Drumming, distributed through Drum Channel. As a songwriter, Seraphine co-wrote the Chicago Top 40 hits “Lowdown” and “No Tell Lover,” as well as core Chicago tunes like “Little One,” “Take Me Back to Chicago,” “Show Me the Way,” “Birthday Boy,” and the irresistibly funky “Street Player,” later sampled by rapper Pitbull for the hit “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho).”

The Dash is excited to chat with Kim Ades | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:59:00

Kim has always felt like she was designed specifically to help people in a personal way. When she was exploring various coaching systems, she sensed several flaws that repeatedly showed up in the coaching ideology. Kim noticed that many coaches would focus solely on goal-setting, and then hold clients accountable for their actions that were necessary to meet their goals. “By and large, people know what to do in order to reach their goals, they just aren’t taking action. The question is why?” Kim explains. Kim realized that the one and only thing stopping each and every client from meeting their goals was their thought patterns. Every client wanted to meet their goals, but something – a very big, persistent something – was preventing their success.   Kim’s discovery sparked her desire to start a coaching company that focussed solely on thought management. She knew that if she helped people remove the thoughts and beliefs that prevented their success, achieving their goals would be no sweat. Kim found that journaling was the quickest and most efficient way to access a client’s thought patterns and belief system. She began coaching using the tool of journaling, and found that she could help propel substantive and lasting changes in client’s lives and careers.

The Dash is excited to welcome Allen Vaysberg | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:01:00

Hello dear visitor and welcome to my home on the internet.  When I started this site late last year, it was a project of soul searching.  I was a successful entrepreneur who had an IT consulting company.  I was living the “American Dream” with a large house, new cars, a beautiful family and yet there was something missing.  And it was strange because as an immigrant coming to US at the age of 14 I seemingly had accomplished everything my parents hoped I would.  However, I didn’t feel fulfilled. Thus I decided to take a giant leap of faith and seek out my essence.  I took all the things I loved doing but was always too busy or too mature to do and did them.  I took acting and Improv classes, got my spirituality certifications, took martial arts, started writing books, eventually even got on radio and played a role in a film.  It took about 6 months to shuffle through everything until I clarified and understood my purpose in life and what I was here to do. I figured out that I am here to Inspire others to Re-calibrate their lives, find their soul purpose and transition to living it.  This site is now here to show you how I am living mine and to help you with yours.  www.allenvaysberg.com www.recalibrateyourlife.com http://www.amazon.com/Inspirer-Allen-Vaysberg/dp/1452571244/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1369073421&sr=1-1&keywords=inspirer
