Who cares that the team is fighting the Lightmeister? There’s pantyhose and bobby pins in the Doom Patrol Danger Room?? Say it ain’t so! And yet… when Madame Rouge moves in with the DP it’s hard to say which is goign to be harder on the team. We’re looking at DP #118.

Scott and Murray are looking at Doom Patrol #31 from 1990. Cliff Steele gets a new body, and the Doom Patrol meets a new friend – Willoughby Kipling and it’s the beginning of a new story.

The Doom Patrol is going to the birds!  LIterally!  It’s the Chief versus Turkey Man and his magical bird whistle of doom in Doom Patrol #117.  The feathers and flying and the claws are out while the Chief fights alone!

Scott and Murray are looking at Doom Patrol #30. It’s a spotlight issue on Crazy Jane and it’s cool. Pretty, pretty cool. Enjoy.

Wow! We’re looking at issue #116… and it’s just whack! There ain’t nothing more that can be said about it. It’s Just. Plain. Whack.

Scott and Murray are looking at Doom Patrol #29… the final chapter of the Brotherhood of Dada. Murray tries to read a letter from Frenzy, we get to see the DCU’s reactions to the Doom Patrol while the team suffers a loss.

We’re looking at Doom Patrol #115… and it’s cah-ra-zee!  We’ve got giant mutant eyeballs who wanna destroy the planet… and Rita’s feeling sympathetic towards them.  We’ve got the Brain and the Chief battling for the control of Madame Rouge (and Madame Rouge battling herself, too!).  Plus… Beast Boy and Nazi fighting gorillas!

The Doom Patrol meets the Justice League… just before they too are eaten by the painting that also ate Paris. Then it’s a wild and crazy tour through the world of art while the DP battles the Brotherhood of Dada. And in the background… something evil waits.

We’re looking at My Greatest Adventures #2 & 3 this time as we track Robotoman and his lady friend around the world, fighting Zombie rice, nanobot snakes and something new! This is how you do a ten page story!!

The Doom Patrol take on Kor the Conqueror… a genius who’s been turned into a cavemen! We’ve got vibration rays, wooly mammoths, and once again, Robotman goes to pieces. All that… an another installment in the Beast Boy back-up. Sorry ’bout that.

We’re looking at the next chapter of the Brotherhood of Dada’s story… “The Painting that Ate Paris”. Lots of history and interesting bits of this and that dropped into the issue. Enjoy.

It’s an origin issue! Scott and Murray are looking at Doom Patrol #26, featuring the origin of Mr. Nobody and the Brotherhood of Dada!

It’s a double whammy this week… in more ways than one! The Doom Patrol needs to team up with the Brotherhood of Evil in order to defeat a space baddie *and* we get the first chapter of Beast Boy’s origin wherein we see that his father is personality-deficient, too. All this and we see why the Chief is not so much a ladies man.

Today… a Very Special Doom Patrol, as Dorothy Spinner learns the facts of life, as told by Grant Morrison.  So, you know… it’s a little bit out there.

We’re doing a double feature this week. We’re looking at the first issue of My Greatest Adventure (starring the brand new New 52 Robotman), and then we’re taking a peek at Tiny Titans #44 co-starring the crossing guards of DOOM!
