Oint #3 Meditation: Transforming Adversity into the Path of Awakening
With this talk we begin the final series of talks on Silent Illumination. Here, we explore the nature or the Circle of Wonder and how we are to abide there.
This is a guided meditation based on Point #2 of Lojong Practice. It is approximately 20 minutes in length. There are built in gaps to cover the breath cycles mentioned in the meditation.
This talk returns to the practice of Silent Illumination and specifically addresses the nature of mind.
Guided Meditation based on Lojong Practice. This meditation is based on Point 1: Train in the Preliminaries. There are silent gaps built into the track to allow for silent reflection. When you hear the silence just let the track play---the silence does not mean that the track has stopped. There are chimes to mark the start and end of this meditation. Run times is approximately 20 minutes. NOTE: Only those who are or have taken the Lojong Practice class should use this meditation.
