This week we have the pleasure of welcoming health guru Kevin Gianni to the show. After having his own "lightbulb moment" about what he was putting into his body, Kevin began a journey to become an expert on healthy eating and healthy living. This included interviewing over 300 experts on nutrition and health, transforming his own health, and now motivating thousands of others to do the same. He brings his best tips and tricks for getting started on healthy eating to the show. Kevin explains how healthy eating goes hand in hand with exercising in the road to getting fit.

He has lost all of the extra weight, and has gone on to run marathons, 5k's and 10K's. from his own experience, he has inspired countless people to take control of their health and get active.
