Summary: very week, iFanboy talks comics. This video show brings you the world of comic books through the eyes of iFanboy hosts Josh, Ron, and Conor. Whether you want to see what's going on at some of the biggest comic book conventions, or you're not sure what comics you should be reading, iFanboy covers a new topic every week, with passion, honesty, and, if all goes well, some laughs too. Whether it's talking about comics from the living room, or going out and meeting big names at conventions and signings, iFanboy will bring you something fun every week. Watch iFanboy for graphic novel and trade paperback recommendations, reviews of comics from Marvel, DC, Image, and Indie publishers, and sometimes we even give dating advice. In addition to Young Avengers, Gillen has taken over the writing duties on Iron Man, where we can look forward to many more different versions of armor. Modern comics owe a lot to the colorists. While pencilers get the bulk of the art adoration out there, the color artists are the ones who really bring it all together, and do so with much less fanfare. We caught up with two of the better colorists out there, Jordie Bellaire and Matthew Wilson, and talk about where they see color in comic books today, their work, and what they would tell prospective colorists looking to make a mark in comics. Find out why digital coloring is the best it's every been today, and the kinds of things colorists are thinking about when making pages shine.

Gerry Duggan has had a good year in comics, and the future is looking pretty good too. After completing his creator owned series The Infinite Horizon with Phil Noto, he's stepping up to Marvel NOW! as a co-writer of the new Deadpool series. Along with comedian Brian Posehn and artist Tony Moore, they're taking Wade Wilson on a wacky joyride against a whole lot of dead presidents, and putting out one of the best looking Deadpool books ever.

Jeff Lemire can't be pinned down. Coming from low key indie works to full blown superhero horror, Lemire has a knack with a whole lot of genres. We talk to the creator about winding down Sweet Tooth after 40 issues, only to start up Trillium, a 10 issue hard sci fi story from Vertigo Comics. He's still working hard on Animal Man and is pleased with the amazing reception for the book. Finally, Lemire released The Underwater Welder from Top Shelf this year as well, a story long in the making, with a great many personal ties. He also inadvertently dressed like Gus from Sweet Tooth.

Conor and Ron's dreams come true as we get the chance to chat with the creator of MacGyver, Lee Zlotoff. Coming off the release of the new MacGyver comic series from Image Comics, Zlotoff fills us on what to expect from the world of MacGyver including more comics, an upcoming movie and a charity foundation. We also talk with Zlotoff about the process of writing comics, which isn't all to dis-similar to his writing process for television. MacGyver is back and the world is better off for it!

THE GREATEST INTERVIEW WITH JASON AARON EVER! At the New York Comic Con, we tricked Jason Aaron to coming by our booth and held him hostage for nearly 30 minutes! First up Josh chats about the end of Scalped and what Jason's learned in his 6 years as a comic book writer. They also discuss what we can expect from his upcoming run on Thor: God of Thunder at Marvel. Then Ron taps in and the interview takes a turn, as Jason is confronted for the role he played on the writing team of Avengers Vs. X-Men and is called out for what they did to Cyclops. You may be surprised by some of Jason's comments about what this means for the X-Men. Then Ron turns the screws on Jason about Broo in Wolverine and The X-Men as well as Kitty Pryde, and all joking aside, we get a pretty good idea of what Jason and Nick Bradshaw have planned for the future of the series. Finally, Jason talks about why he enjoyed MorrisonCon so much and what he enjoys out of attending conventions. Huge thanks to Jason Aaron for putting up with us and Ron's insane questions.

Finally we get an update on his new series, Mara, out from Image at the end of the year, with art by Ming Doyle.

Seven Holes for Air is now available digitally.

Jamal Igle has been a known and respected artist kicking around mainstream comics for the last decade, but now he's off on his own. After a successful kickstarter campaign, Igle is working on Molly Danger, an all ages graphic novel about a young girl with incredible powers. Igle is clearly invested in this story, and with the some savvy PR and marketing, he got enough people to help him make it a reality.

Scott Snyder has quickly risen to find himself among the top writers in the comic book industry. He and Greg Capullo have taken Batman to the top of the heap, and now Snyder is poised to repeat himself with Superman working with superstar Jim Lee. We talk to the writer about what kind of a character he sees Superman being, and what his story will entail. We also check in on the state of American Vampire and what exactly that hiatus will mean, as well as Snyder’s new Vertigo series with Sean Murphy, The Wake. Not done yet, we catch up on the state of Swamp Thing and what’s coming after Rotworld.

After a successful two years on Uncanny X-Force, Rick Remender got the call to lead the charge for Marvel Comics and their relaunch, Marvel NOW! with Uncanny Avengers, the flagship book featuring the joined team of Avengers and X-Men. With a successful launch of the book the Wednesday before New York Comic Con, we talk to Remender to hear what the reaction to the book has been and what fans can expect from the series. With Uncanny Avengers launched and behind him, Remender is now gearing up for the launch of his writing on Captain America along with art by John Romita, Jr., which is scheduled to launch in November. In addition to his Marvel work, Remender returns to the creator owned world with the announcement of Devolution at Dynamite with artist Paul Renaud. A post apocalyptic prehistoric story, Remender gives us the lowdown on Devolution and how it came to be.
