Monday morning, about 100 athletes will begin what might be the most grueling athletic event in the world: the Badwater UltraMarathon. It's a 135-mile foot race that starts below sea level in Death Valley and ends half way up Mt. Whitney. Runners battle temperatures averaging 125 degrees, dehydration, exhaustion and even hallucinations. And this year, 70-year-old Arthur Webb will run his 15th consecutive Badwater UltraMarathon.
