Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affects thousands of state and local police officers, armed service men and women and civilians of every description. PTSD is a psychiatric disorder that can occur following the experience or witnessing of a life-threatening event. Recently, a German multi-millionaire named Rainer Schorr ignited a global outrage when he paid $60,000 to kill Africa's biggest elephant. He later posed with his 'trophy' without any remorse for his actions.
