Seeking Justice: Reported in Kansas Exposed, Kyler Carriker will stand trial for felony murder because, he knew a guy who knew a guy who wanted to purchase a small quantity of marijuana, & knew a guy who knew a guy who wanted to sell a small quantity of marijuana. Carriker, 22, ran into high school classmate Lorenzo Spires. Carriker not a drug dealer did sometimes smoke marijuana. He agreed to help Spires find marijuana. Carrriker would make $50.00. Carriker contacted Kyle Beltz, who contacted drug dealer, Ronald Betts. Unknown to Carriker, Spires had joined a street gang since graduating. The three met at Beltz’ home. Ronald Betts, the drug dealer & murder victim,was the brother of former state legislator Donald Betts. Spires, along with fellow gang members John Carter & Dennis Haynes showed up to Beltz’ home & both Spires and Carter later testified that they had no money, & only intended to rob Betts. Carriker told Belts & Betts to call the deal off. Betts refused. Haynes entered and within 60 seconds opened fire on Carriker, wounding him in the leg & abdomen. Carriker played dead. Haynes shot Betts several times, killing him. The trial starts Monday. Our current government seems to be going down the tubes and its flushing our nation, freedoms and liberties down the toilet in the process. You know it. I know it. We all know it. Manufacturing and manufacturing jobs are disappearing. Is it really okay to let China produce 695 million tons of steel and reduce America to 94 million tons in 2014? Europe has protections. Latin America has tariffs. Pope Francis is on a roll in his part of the world, South America. He is in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Pope Francis had choice words for unbridled capitalism. In fact he spoke the words of a revolution by the downtrodden. The Pope is rather consistent in his support for the poor, the downtrodden, and the middle-class more so than any other pope or religious figure in my lifetime. He makes the religious leaders of America that have made unfettered capitalism their god, look like the Pharisees they are. What do you think. Let's talk about it. What are your thoughts? The term "politically correct" has been and will always be an insult. The intention of the term is to justify one's inability to "win" an argument by mocking an imaginary intention rather than by building a case. The farce of the politically correct trump card is alive and well today as we watch drama unfold at the national, state, and local levels about the fate of a confederate battle flag.  I have delayed posting this show hoping decisions would be reached before air time. (Perhaps this will happen). Instead, let's discuss this process we are negotiating: its strengths; its weaknesses; and its roots in our Constitution. The Democratic candidates for President are well-qualified for the Executive Office. Our guest, Vic Meyers, says Hillary Clinton may have the best resume to be President since the Founding Fathers. This past Friday afternoon a coalition of attorneys held a press conference in Los Angelos to announce continued and new litigation to combat the drug war and particularly the continued prohibition of marijuana in our society. Police agencies, Federal, State and Local and Children and Family Service Agencies continue to destroy lives because of the use of a plant. Are you an enemy combatant? There is no real definition so the answer might by “yes”. It’s very subjective. Without warning, the government can now seize you, put you in a secret jail without legal representation, and hold you indefinitely. Since you are an enemy combatant and not a foreign soldier or civilian, sorry, the Geneva Convention doesn’t apply to you. How does this kind of legislation get enacted to let this happen in the United States of America? Well, it’s not the Patriot Act – too many eyes watching. It’s buried deep within the National Defense Authorization Act. Look at section 10-21 (c1) for yourself and see how dangerous this legislation will be. If you think our legislators are reading the bill carefully, think again. Very few have read it and only a small fraction of them are even authorized to amend the Act. If a legislator asks questions, they are countered with, “Don’t you support our troops?” It’s one more reason people need to be involved with our government. You can influence this Act since it is stalled in the Senate for some procedural matters pertaining to the A-10 Warthog aircraft. You don;t have much time.
