The Virtual Worlds BusinessCast

Summary: A series of audio interviews, investigating how Virtual Worlds such as SecondLife are increasingly being used in a business context . By way of background, online virtual worlds, or 3D representations of beings in computer-simulated spaces interacting with each other in a multi-user environment, have traditionally been the domain of the MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Gaming) community. More recently however, virtual worlds are increasingly being used for a wide range of business purposes, by participants ranging from individual entrepreneurs to global Fortune 500 brands.
