Gentle Hatha Yoga classes audio files. Classes typically cover meditation, pranayama, asanas and releaxtion. The asanas are a mix of standing, on-the-mat, on-the-back, on-the-tummy categories. If you are new to Yoga, it is best to attend beginner classes before practicing on your own.
The classes typically start with breathing and Pranayama techniques. Hence you will find long pauses through the first 10-15 minutes. The asana part of the session contain a good amount of instruction. The classes typically finish the asana session with Shavasan or the Corpse posture. Again during the end, there will be periods of silence. The classes end with an utterance of the Sanskrit word 'Namaste' - a salutation to each other in the class.

VILLA VICIOSA I
COMANCHE
Soy oriundo de las llanuras,
exiliado en el desierto he recorrido las costas
de California hasta Sonora.
En realidad no soy comanche, pero me llaman así
por mi ferocidad. Soy atroz;
siempre árido, trago pájaros de fuego,
soy la larga espina que hace sangrar al mar.
Soy la duna huérfana que separa ríos,
soy un verbo de arena, una realidad perpetua.
Y en los sueños soy la oscura muerte de la luz,
soy el animal que devora todos los sonidos.
El texto previo fue hallado en EL Desemboque cerca del Mar de Cortés en el Golfo de California, Sonora. No había mucho que rescatar de aquel lugar, puesto que el viento había arrasado con todos los objetos, excepto una caja con escritos que logramos rescatar. Estos los donamos a un grupo de antropólogos que a su vez, tal vez por falta de interés, los dejaron a su suerte en manos de un paleógrafo: el doctor Federick Wölt, quien desarrolló un breve y sucinto análisis de los textos que publicó en una revista local especializada. Sobre el personaje que tratamos no existen muchos datos, pero se sabe que radicó los últimos años de su su vida en Villa Viciosa, Sonora (no confundir con la provincia española). Sin embargo, datos como su nacimiento, paradero actual, y nombre real se desconocen. Se le conoció como Comanche, la gente que lo llegó a conocer y que por nuestra parte, tuvimos la suerte de hallar, nos informó de primera mano que no era en realidad un indígena comanche (aunque muchos afirmaban que lo era de sangre pura), sino un hijo de francés y tarahumara. Según las descripciones Comanche tenía una personalidad fuerte, y por eso era insoportable, por eso duraba poco en cada lugar que visitaba. También se cuenta que creía ser un exiliado de las llanuras del norte, pero es posible que jamás haya ido más allá de Chihuahua. Aquí presentamos uno de los textos rescatados de aquel baúl, que por lo demás puede llegar a ser legendario en algún momento próximo.

Por otra parte les hacemos llegar un montaje de piezas musicales y algunas curiosidades que han sido rescatadas de la fonoteca de Villa Viciosa. El equipo de trabajo es en realidad novato, así es que por la falta de noción del montaje en radio, han recurrido a su experiencia sonora para darle coherencia a los elementos encontrados. La rubrica utilizada es en realidad una grabación de la década de los cuarenta, se hizo lo posible por rescatar la fidelidad. En la próxima edición de Villa Viciosa se ofrecerá la lista del material manipulado, puesto que no se han logrado decifrar los caracteres, difusos por el tiempo.
