Podcast Health Care
Podcasting has entered the health care arena in a big way at the Arizona Heart Institute and Hospital. The institute has produced a series of video podcasts with titles such as coronary artery bypass and congestive heart failure. The project is called Cardiovascular Multi-Media Information Network. The videos are designed to help educate patients about their diseases and the treatments. The hospital providers loaner iPods for patients who don’t have one.
