CastSource has just been launched to help users find videocasts and new podcasts. This new service allows users to enter search terms for both videocasts and podcasts. The search produces a URL of an RSS feed for that term for either videocasts or new podcasts.

The videocast RSS allows users to use the RSS feed to subscribe to videos in iTunes and other video capable RSS readers.

The new podcast RSS allows users to use their favorite RSS reader to receive new podcast listings for their search terms.

The service is based on a combination of Digital Podcast Search Service and Yahoo’s video search service.
