Motorola ROKR to be iTunes Phone

MacWorld reports that Apple has announced that the Motorola ROKR phone will be the first iTunes compatatible cell phone. It will hold about 100 songs. Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO, described it as an iPod shuffle on your phone. The player will automatically pause when you get a call. Songs will be transfered via a USB cable.

Cingular will be the exclusive provider in North America.
