In this episode Steve Addison shares the biblical profile of a movement leader. Steve has interviewed literally hundreds of movement leaders over the past several years. What are the patterns that he has seen that are common among movement leaders? What is the minimum we need to see for a successful movement leader. “Church Planting Movements” or “Disciple Making Movements” are phrases that describe a multiplying movement of churches which result in exponential church growth. The basic requirement to qualifying as a CPM or DMM is that your churches have multiplied themselves to the fourth generation or more, (The first church births a new church, that church then births a new church, and so on). A new ministry called 24:14 is tracking such movements and at the publishing of this podcast is monitoring more that 1,369 such movements among Unreached Peoples.
