She even discusses how she might approach therapy sessions with Don and Derek!<br><br>Melissa Nesle, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist with a full-time private practice in the Flatiron area of Manhattan and over 25 years of experience working extensively with adults, couples and families in a variety of settings. She sees adults of all ages, and has a particular expertise and passion for her work with emerging women, focusing on a wide range of issues including, self-esteem, dating and relationships, body image, depression, loss, anxiety, substance misuse and professional growth.
