This also allows you to see the full picture and identify goals. And also the gaps. The gaps can help identify what your goals could be.</p> <p>Make sure your goals are SMART</p> <p>S - Specific</p> <p>M - Measurable</p> <p>A - Attainable / Achievable</p> <p>R - Relevant</p> <p>T - Time based</p> <p>Now reverse engineer your goals.
