Summary: Don’t break out the party hats quite yet, but the results in the latest Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) report to Congress does deserve some celebrating. The Office of Management and Budget said for the first time agencies suffered from no major cyber incidents in 2018. On top of that, agencies also saw fewer overall cyber attacks last year.
