Summary: Please join host Elizabeth with special guest Bill Lightfoot. Bill will discuss elder abuse and neglect and the ways you can help someone who is experiencing abuse and how the community can help. Former Sergeant Bill Lightfoot served with the Richmond Police Department for thirty-six years. He has served as an investigator and supervisor with the Property Crimes Unit, the Robbery & Homicide Division, The Narcotics Division, and the Criminal Intelligence Unit. He is a graduate of the Virginia Criminal Justice Instructors School and the National Intelligence Academy in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.. He holds a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice. Bill has extensive experience in the investigation of violent crimes, case preparation and evidence collection. He is experienced in the design, development and management of training programs for law enforcement personnel as well as the presentation of training sessions to other disciplines.
