Alexx Stuart - How to go low tox when living in the city or suburbs

Moving Inward show

Summary: How often do you plan to make some lifestyle changes - only to feel completely overwhelmed by how much there is to do, before doing nothing? Alexx Stuart wanted to reduce the toxins in her everyday life after seeing a lack of transparency in our food system, personal care and cleaning products. However at the time, the decision to reduce her toxic load seemed to be filled with black and white binary distinctions of the what was 'right' and 'wrong' and didn't feel like it was doable in her life. She coined the term 'low tox' as an example of her gentle approach of making small, sustainable, realistic changes - and the term is now widely used today. She's filled with inspiring advice on the everyday changes you can make to reduce the impact of toxins in your body, home and on the planet. I started by asking her what some of the terms she was was hearing of before she came to the term 'low tox'.
