Summary: In Episode 043 of the D&D Fitness Radio podcast, we speak with veteran physical therapist Robert Panariello, who also worked extensively as a Strength and Conditioning coach for a good number of years. Rob identifies scenarios where injuries can occur and outlines the process followed to ensure successful outcomes. Individuals must also do their homework when searching for a rehabilitation professional to assist them with their recovery from injury.
