Throw each of the stones into a pond or lake, in turn, as you are able to release them to God and His will.<br> <br> I | Ignatian - Using all your senses, imagine you are one of a field full of wildflowers, dancing in the sun and breeze of God's love. As a flower, what do you worry about? Do you work and labor at growing and blooming?  <br> <br> A | Augustinian - What has God said to you today about worry, anger, hoarding, and/or stress? What single action can you take this week to relieve these negative feelings?<br> <br> T | Thomistic - What is "the Kingdom of God and His righteousness"? Research each term in a Bible dictionary. What do you learn?<br> <br> V - Verbalize (Pray about your thoughts and emotions.)<br> <br> Remembering that He loves you and that you are in His presence, talk to God about the particulars of your O - Observe step. You may want to write your reflections in your LOVE the Word® journal. Or, get a free journal page and guide in the right-hand margin.<br> <br> E - Entrust (May it be done to me according to your word!)<br> <br> <br> Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
