Summary: In this episode I read and reflect on the middle of my first year teaching English in Asia in 2004. I was so willing to learn, excited to understand the process and methods and open to learning from my co-workers. Fast forward to the 2017 reflection segment and it is clear that teacher burn has set in and was not really going away anytime soon.
